#1 Worst Day Ever

Today was one of the worst days ever. Allow me to tell you what happened. Today, when I woke up, I found myself being greeted by an angry face, my mother was ranting away while I did not know what was happening. Just when I looked at the time, it was already 6.45am and I had not even bathe!

Panicking, I quickly wash up and had my breakfast. When if was done and preparing to set off once I wear my socks and shoes, my shoe was nowhere to be found. After searching almost every corner of my house, I finally found my shoe; it was hiding below our sofa which I do not know why it is hidden there. My mum told me she would give me a ride. I wanted to hug her and say she was the best but that was simply not the time and mood to do so.

While on the way, I glanced at my watch and for second I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, it was already 7.20am! When I reached the school main gate, I saw Mr Chia, “welcoming” me. After being lectured by Mr Chia I thought to myself that I was actually quite lucky, because Mr Chia gave me a chance since it was my first time being late, escaping from the scary detention. Just then, Mr Chia called me back and asked me where my badge was. I felt like banging my head on the wall, while I was in such a hurry that I actually forgotten to wear my badge. Therefore, in the end, I still had to do detention. What and unlucky day!

But after all, I could only blame myself. If I did not stay up late that night just to watch television, I would not have woke up late, and all this ruckus would not happen. This had taught me a very important lesson; never ever sleep in late if u has school the following day.
